This payment covers the 1 time private delivery of your custom art piece to the Delta Hotel on Simcoe Street, downtown Toronto. By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Delivery Confirmation:
- The art piece will be delivered to the Delta Hotel as per the agreed arrangements.
- A photograph of the delivered piece and the name of the hotel staff member who accepts the delivery will be provided as proof of delivery.

Liability Release:
- Once the art piece is delivered to the Delta Hotel, all liability is released from the seller.
- The client (owner of the sign) assumes full responsibility for the piece from the time it is delivered.

Nonrefundable Payment:
- If, for any reason, the Delta Hotel declines to hold or store the art piece for the client, this payment will remain nonrefundable.
- Should any further delivery or alternative arrangements be required, these will need to be discussed and priced separately.
